Erik Ikhilov is a founding member and general partner of the firm. Erik Ikhilov received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn College of City University of New York in 1990. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993.

Mr. Ikhilov has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Ikhilov represents foreign and domestic companies and individuals before the State Courts of New York. Mr. Ikhilov currently represents the firm in all motion practice and all trial work.

Mr. Ikhilov has wide range of clients which maintain a long standing relationship with this firm.

Mr. Ikhilov came to the United States at the age of 12 and was raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he resides with his wife and two children.

Mr. Erik Ikhilov has represented personal injury victims in all courts of New York City and surrounding counties.

He has 25 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to trial.

With his previous experience representing a wide variety of clients, from representing plaintiffs at a high-volume plaintiff firm to representing a large corporation at a national defense law firm, Mr. Park offers unique perspective and creative strategy to achieve favorable outcome for his clients. Mr. Park also advices his clients on other various matters, including commercial disputes and real estate disputes.

Mr. Park received J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and B.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Cynthia Attard is the Managing Trial Attorney of the Ikhilov & Associates’ Brooklyn office. Cynthia obtained her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996. While attending Hofstra, Cynthia was a member of the Environmental Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology where she was a member of the Office of Crime Victim Advocacy in Nassau County, New York.
