Erik Ikhilov is a founding member and general partner of the firm. Erik Ikhilov received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn College of City University of New York in 1990. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993.
Mr. Ikhilov has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Ikhilov represents foreign and domestic companies and individuals before the State Courts of New York. Mr. Ikhilov currently represents the firm in all motion practice and all trial work.

Mr. Ikhilov came to the United States at the age of 12 and was raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he resides with his wife and two children.
Mr. Erik Ikhilov has represented personal injury victims in all courts of New York City and surrounding counties.

Theodore Rothman is admitted in the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and all the state courts of New York.
Mr. Rothman received a Jacob Burns Honors Scholarship from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law after graduating with honors from Cornell University, with a science degree in Molecular Evolution & Biological Anthropology.
Mr. Rothman has practiced complex litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants for more than twenty-three years having litigated and tried to verdict significant lawsuits across New York in both state and federal courts.
